Job Title: Quality Document Control AssociateJob Description
As a Quality Document Control Associate, you will play a vital role in managing and organizing documentation flow within the organization. Your focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and compliance of document control processes, supporting training completion, and maintaining up-to-date master batch records.
Responsibilities
+ Log, file, route, and track change control documentation flow.
+ Ensure training completion and compliance with annual SOPs.
+ Archive and scan documents for record-keeping purposes.
+ Support the creation, routing, and approval of master documents.
+ Review master batch records to ensure alignment with controlled documents.
+ Perform monthly reviews of the biennial SOP review profile.
+ Update master logs and route SOPs, packaging, and production formulas/documents.
+ Conduct site inspections and walkthroughs at the facility.
+ Send documentation to approved storage facilities.
+ Provide documentation support for audits.
+ Perform additional quality tasks as assigned by the QA/Regulatory Specialist or Director.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in document control and quality assurance processes.
+ Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
+ Ability to revise and update SOPs and batch records.
+ Strong writing and communication skills.
+ Customer relationship management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma with relevant experience or Bachelor of Science Degree.
+ Critical thinking skills.
+ Experience in batch record review and change control.
Work Environment
The role is part of the QA group and operates during the first shift. The position offers flexibility in start time but requires eight-hour workdays within an office environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
