Responsible for collecting and analyzing healthcare data and clinical quality outcomes and to develop and monitor improvement strategies to promote quality care and/or address performance improvement opportunities throughout the organization. **The value youll bring to the team:** + Responsible for designing and supporting all quality, patient safety, and other related databases and reporting tools. + Abstracts and interprets data for reporting to quality leaders, hospital leadership, medical staff, board, and others as requested. Analyze data against appropriately identified benchmarks and prepares meaningful reports. + Functioning as an internal consultant, this position prepares clinical outcome statistical analysis, operational analysis, and benchmarking data. Completes timely data analysis and presentation and makes recommendations on decisions based on the analysis.
