Operating within a Joint Venture framework for e2x, the Quality Coordinator – Completions Lead compiles surveillance plans to assure client quality requirements will be achieved.
Oversees implementation of the surveillance program and ensures the scheduled inspection, testing and surveillance activities during manufacture and construction are carried out via the coordination and presence of QC Inspectors, Engineers, 3rd parties, Inspection and Testing Sub-contractors etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the promotion, awareness and compliance to JV Management System is maintained Develop and implement construction and source inspection planning, surveillance and scheduling activities, monitor and reporting of inspection progress Compile service assignment notices to engage Subcontract Inspection Provider to perform permanent or periodic site visits based on criticality to carry out in-process inspection, monitoring, witness test, and release as specified within ITP's. Manage notifications ensuring attendance of critical activities such as witness and hold points Ensure required quality documentation including but not limited to verification plans, Inspection and test plans, field inspection checklists, quality standards etc. is implemented to ensure compliance Liaison with procurement, package engineers, site supervisors, management to report quality conformance is met based on inspection and testing. Communicate inspection findings for self-performed work and evaluate 3rd party inspection report action items. Attend kick-off meetings to address quality contractual requirements. Conduct pre-production / pre-inspection meetings with nominated suppliers and sub-contractors ensuring all quality control activities have been understood Review and approve supplier / sub-contractor project deliverables ensuring alignment and compliance to specified standards and regulations; Reviewing of RFQ documents to ensure project quality specification requirements have been adequately defined and addressed Develop project ITP's & verification plans. Review & approve supplier / sub-contractor quality deliverables including MDR dossiers Administer the project CCMS and facilitate the walkdown process, punch list capture, review and closeout to achieve completion milestones. Coordinate source inspection activities, ensure the inspection and testing of procured items and during construction is carried out, traceability maintained, and final deliverables are completed in a timely manner for compilation into MRB's, System TOPs and final handover Stop the progress of works when any non-conformance with quality requirements is identified. Propose and agree disposition. Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence Perform release activities including closure of all quality action items, NCR's, Car's, TQ's. Issue inspection and release notes, completion certificates.Qualifications and experience:
Suitable Trade Qualification; and or Internal or Lead Auditor Qualification 7+ years of experience in a similar role One or more of the following; IIW/WTIA/CSWIP - Welding Specialist / Welding Inspector AS1796 - Certificate 10 - Welding Supervisor ACIP - Pressure Equipment Inspector ASNT/AINDT/PCN - NDT Certification NACE/CSWIP/ICCOR - Coating Inspectors
