Job Summary:Full Time – Augusta, ME

MaineGeneral Health is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Quality Coordinator to support and drive quality improvement initiatives across our organization. In this role, you’ll organize and coordinate activities that enhance workflows, improve outcomes, and support our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Description:

What You’ll Do

Organize and manage the activities and workflow for quality improvement programs

Prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement performance measures

Facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services and initiatives

Establish practice standards and measurable outcomes using research and performance evaluations

Serve as a resource for staff regarding departmental policies, procedures, forms, and available services

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments

Experience supporting or coordinating quality improvement initiatives is a plus
