We’re looking to hire a Quality Coordinator to join our team in Guadalajara, MX. This role location is at our Warehouse in Zapopan.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the assigned Quality area (Source, FQR, Returns, RMA, Document Control, CAPA support, and SCAR follow-up) in the performance and management of the assigned workload areas.
Support the area in resolving order processing issues through coordination with the Arrow Sales/Marketing Representative, SSG, Quality, Suppliers, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, and direct interaction with the customer.
Provide area support for metrics/reports, process instructions, corrective/preventive actions, process improvement activities, QMS audits, and act as the subject matter expert for the area.
Support all administrative functions of the department, including the following: maintenance of department supplies/equipment and coordination of Arrow resources to resolve technical issues with department equipment.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree.
3 to 5 years of experience as an industrial, electronic, mechatronic, mechanical engineer or equivalent.
Experience in CAPA or 8D reports.
Experience in electronic component processes. Interpretation of technical specifications and data sheets. Knowledge of or certification in IPC-610 is a plus.
Experience in internal and external audits. Internal auditor in the ISO 9001 system
Intermediate proficiency in English.
Work Arrangement:
On Site, Monday - Friday
