We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality coordinator, based in Torres plant, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. (E-Systems Division).
As Quality Engineer your main objectives will be: Communicate quality objectives for improvement activities within the specialized personnel department and the production unit. Implement strong process controls, statistical sampling, or data analysis to ensure customer satisfaction. Working directly with customers.
Your tasks will be:
Support and development of customer quality requirements control, including policies, procedures, and plans.Collaborate in the execution of internal audits.
Carry out statistical methods for process control, measurements, and R&R; maintain APQP documentation and data support.
Prepare specific and internal quality reports for the customer.
Monitor, perform, and analyze trend reports.
Control Plans, updates, and audits to ensure compliance.
Provide training and act as a communication source for new quality issues.
Lead plant meetings to discuss quality problems.
Use calibrators, micrometers, and various gauges. (APQP)
Read and interpret blueprints or specifications.
To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have
Education: Bachelor’s degree on industrial engineering business management or any related field 1 Year on similar positions within the automotive industry. Experience working with GM as customer.
