Job Title: Quality CoordinatorJob Description
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for administrative activities to support the needs of the Quality Assurance department. This role requires overseeing an established training program for 35 individuals and training 5 MQA supervisors in report writing, quality management, and test implementation for their employees.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and deliver training to the MQA team.
+ Collaborate with the training team to document training delivered.
+ Coach MQA supervisors in people skills, including feedback and development plans.
+ Guide MQA supervisors in deviation writing.
+ Draft SOP revisions to improve processes.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in quality assurance and quality control.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
+ Familiarity with FDA and GMP standards.
+ Capability in SOP drafting and training delivery.
+ Strong report writing and computer skills.
+ Leadership and mentorship abilities.
+ Experience with audits.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3-5 years of industry experience within Quality.
+ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
+ Bachelor's degree in Science is required.
+ Skills in training, deviation, and people management within Quality are essential.
+ MQA (Quality Operations), people management, and deviation management are top skills desired.
Work Environment
The work environment includes being part of the MQA team, directly working with 5 MQA supervisors, and supporting a total of 35 team members. The role involves both office work and real-time interaction with employees on the floor. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility required to interact with people working AM and PM shifts, equivalent to 6 AM to 6 PM and 6 PM to 6 AM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
