Job Description

Main task and responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining project quality management documentation on siteHelp report on quality on both corporate and project level;Assist the site team in the development of method statements and inspection and test plans including the review of method statements and inspection & test plan of subcontractors and suppliers;Assist the project team in the choice of execution methods;Follow-up of the quality controls to be performed as per Inspection and test plan;Support the site team in case of quality problems and / or quality related questions by linking the site team to internal and/or external professionals;Help communicate (good and bad) quality experiences within the organization including the development of Lessons Learned and Best Practices.

Qualifications

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years' experience on a construction siteProven experience with Quality Management in a construction environment on siteThorough knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and health and safety regulationsProficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office suiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsFrench and English speakingEnglish language proficiency (preferred)Familiarity with Lean construction principles and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)Quality Management certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar (preferred)Willingness to travel and work on various project sites as needed
