Position Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for Quality Control in Rough Rice department of Rice Mill.Job Responsibilities:  Duties include but are not limited to:Duties include but are not limited to:Protect the product and make sure all quality control checks are being doneCross train and work in all departmentsAssist in development of SOP’s and Work InstructionsTrain new hiresCan work overtime each dayEnforcement of all ADM policies and proceduresAssist in completing JSA’s Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.Promotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationAll other duties assigned by management QualificationsAbility work under pressure, well with othersGood attendanceMust have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and proceduresBasic Computer and Math skills Respectful, positive attitudeStrong work ethicMust be self-motivatedMust possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationBilingual is a plusPhysical Requirements:Walking and/or standing for extended periods of timeWorking in environments at varying temperatures and noise levelsOccasionally lifting, stooping and climbingAvailable to work occasional weekends and/or holidays as well as during off hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may ariseADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
