Description
\t\t\t\t\tThe Quality Control (QC) Technician is responsible for testing and approving raw materials and manufactured products to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer specifications. This role involves performing inspections throughout the production process and analyzing statistical data to maintain product quality.Essential FunctionsConduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products per established guidelines.Perform First Piece Inspections and in-process audits.Collect samples for analytical testing (raw material, validation, in-process, finished product).Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.Support environmental monitoring and cleaning verification/validation.Participate in OOS investigations and corrective actions.Maintain lab inventory and ensure cleanliness and biohazard removal.Follow health and safety protocols.Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist production, R&D, and engineering teams.Support product development studies and validations.Coordinate external lab sample testing.Perform other QC duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
