Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour Duties: + Proven experience in Quality control or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing experience. + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections and recording data. + Excellent problem -solving skills with the ability to identify and address the quality issues in a timely manner. + Good communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. + Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, such as IATF16949:2016/ISO 9001. + Conduct inspection and test on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. + Perform dimensional, visual and functional inspections using various measuring tools and equipment. . Position Requirements: + Record and analyze and test data, identifying trends, patterns and areas of improvement, investigate non conformances and deviations from quality standards, collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify root cause and implement corrective actions. + Maintain accurate documentation of inspecting and test results, including inspections reports, test logs and quality records. + Participate in internal and external audits, providing support and documentation. + Provide training and support to production personnel on quality-related processes and producers. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, process, efficiency and customer satisfaction. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment. + Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
