Job Summary

As a Quality Specialist within the Collateral CoE, you ensure loan documents adhere to QC standards. You refine liens, index documents, and capture essential metadata. You also pledge loans to FRBNY, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee production workflow to avoid backlogsConduct EOD checks for request assignment and processingPropose procedural changes to Manager and LOB headDisseminate process updates to team and revise proceduresDevelop resiliency plans for contingenciesDiagnose root causes of productivity and quality issuesFacilitate effective communication within team and partnersExecute QC on Flood and Hazard Insurance requirementsManage collateral perfection and release QCRecord FRBNY, Core, and Business metadataPledge loans to FRBNY following document review

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Possess a Bachelor/Master’s Degree with minimum 3 years of experienceExhibit customer service experienceDemonstrate documentation and QC experience in bankingCommunicate proficiently both verbally and in writingResolve problems and make decisions autonomouslyInvestigate and respond to business queriesEngage in process improvements
