Job Description

Our growing international manufacturer of specialized electronic components, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor who will help ensure that every item we produce meets or exceeds expectations.

Job Summary:

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for:

Performing thorough multi-point inspections and diagnosticsConducting quality control checks on completed workDocumenting findings and providing clear feedback to techniciansSupporting the team by performing technician work when QC tasks are not requiredThis role requires strong electrical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to the highest standards of workmanship.

Work Experience

Experience we look for:

Minimum 2 years in quality role for industrial, manufacturing, small parts, electrical, and other related industriesExperience with basic hand tools (company provided), comfortable with tape measuring (metric is a plus) and Digital MultimetersExperience with MS Office and ISO 9001 is a plus2 years in a lead or supervisory role for lead candidates applyingStrong English communication skills Experience with assembly using hand tools and small partsExperience in 5S method a plus
