Overview Perform required microbiological testing on all finished products produced on the Indianapolis Gatorade Low Acid Aseptic Line and ensure compliance to all PepsiCo standards. Work closely with the production team to provide quality support for all tasks performed on the Low Acid Aseptic Line including but not limited to production releases, product testing, raw material inspection, finished goods inspection, sanitation inspection, troubleshooting guidance, and innovations. Responsibilities Perform all required microbiological testing on finished product required for LAA Production Complete all required surface, air, water, and rinse water, microbiological testing requirements for the LAA production Line Collect Allergen Swabs Complete any additional plating / sampling required due to process deviations or upsets Compile and review all production records necessary for finished product release Conduct trainings with front line employees regarding quality topics / issues Manage all micro requirements for ingredients used in LAA Production Quality Lead for all Innovations on LAA Production Line Lab equipment management and maintenance Provide guidance when troubleshooting LAA Line issues Update production records and documents as necessary Assist Lines 1-7 Microbiologist in the preparation of media and general upkeep and maintenance/cleanliness of the Micro Lab. Support plantwide TPM Ignite initiatives (i.e DMS Meetings, Pillar Work, etc). Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
