We’re looking for a Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance and control efforts on a high-profile construction project in Ellendale, ND.

This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-tech facilities—ensuring every system, surface, and structure meets the highest standards of performance and compliance.

What You’ll DoLead the implementation of the QA/QC management system on-site.Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation across all trades and vendors.Manage exterior mockups and ensure proper installation of waterproofing, curtain walls, roofing, and transition details.Coordinate with construction managers, subcontractors, and design teams to uphold quality standards.Conduct pre-installation meetings, mockup reviews, and first-work inspections.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.Guide forensic evaluations, site investigations, and performance testing.Maintain comprehensive quality documentation for project closeout.What You Bring5+ years of experience in construction leadership roles such as Quality Control, Superintendent, or Project Manager.Strong knowledge of building systems, including passive fire-rated assemblies, mechanical, and electrical systems.Experience leading teams and mentoring others in quality-focused environments.Proficiency with construction software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Procore.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Ability to remain calm and collaborative under pressure.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Prior experience managing quality on data center or mission-critical projects.Physical RequirementsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on elevated structures such as ladders and scaffolds.Regular physical activity, including standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and lifting, as part of site inspections.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
