- Manage and handle customer complaints related to qualitative issues and extracting data analytical data
GMP
- Ability to analyze qualitative data and managerial reports
- The ability to solve the problem to analyze complaints and qualitative problems and provide effective solutions
- Analytical thinking to identify data and identify qualitative patterns
