Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team for a challenging and rewarding project. The role involves overseeing a USACE $30 million federal project, focusing on heavy HVAC systems. The project is in the middle to closing stages and primarily involves interior work with some ground-up experience. Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate as needed, with the project expected to continue through Spring 2026.
ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the quality control processes for the USACE federal project.Ensure compliance with federal construction standards and regulations.Coordinate and supervise HVAC quality and controls.Collaborate with the mechanical QC on site.Maintain project documentation using RMS software.Provide leadership and direction to project teams.Essential Skills7-10+ years of experience as a Federal General Contractor Quality Control Manager.3+ years of GC Construction USACE or NAVFAC experience as a Project Manager/Quality Control Manager.Proficiency in HVAC quality and controls.Experience with RMS software.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certification.Experience in government and federal construction projects.Ability to work on a military base.Strong understanding of construction and quality control management principles.Work Environment
The project is located at Volar in Savannah and requires work on a military base. Candidates may need to travel or relocate as necessary, with per diem provided for relocation. The role demands adherence to a structured environment, ensuring compliance with military and federal construction standards.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.00/hr.
