About the Role
As the Quality Control Manager, you’ll oversee the quality control process as the factory-facing leader of the FSQ department. Managing a team of 4-5 dedicated Quality Inspectors, you’ll ensure that every product meets the highest standards of food safety and quality that our customers demand. With decision-making responsibility for the release of approximately 10 million bottles per week across 410 SKUs into 20 markets, your leadership will directly shape the success of our operations.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. You’ll be at the forefront of quality assurance, ensuring that our processes, products, and people are aligned with the highest standards.
What you will do:
Lead and Inspire: Manage and coach a team of Quality Inspectors, empowering them to support production teams and uphold quality standards.
Ensure Excellence: Oversee processes, procedures, and controls to ensure food safety and product quality.
Drive Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement, reduce quality failure costs, and implement preventative actions.
Positive Release: Make critical release decisions, ensuring products meet all quality and safety requirements.
Collaborate and Communicate: Actively manage stakeholders onsite and offsite, including internal teams and external partners.
Problem-Solve: Investigate complaints, troubleshoot incidents, and analyze quality performance data to drive solutions.
Support Audits and Compliance: Contribute to internal and external audits, regulatory visits, and the continuous improvement of our Quality Manual System (QMS).
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong decision-making ability and high ownership.
Resilience under pressure and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Expertise in positive release processes and quality systems.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in the food industry, with a focus on quality release.
HACCP Intermediate to Advanced certification.
Lead Auditor BRC/FSSC22000 certification (preferred).
5-10 years of experience in a comparable role or function.
