Pay: $25.00 per hour

Shift: Sunday - Thursday 9:00AM - 5:30PM

Location: Commerce City, Colorado

Lead Quality Control Technicians in maintaining all aspects of Quality Assurance to ensure proper, safe and exceptional operation of the department.

\n

Essential Duties: 

\n\nAudit products for quality and safety prior to sending them out to customers.\nAudit incoming raw materials for supplier specifications, quality, and food security.\nReview incoming ingredients for allergen checks and quality standards.\nResponsible for compliance with all regulations and food safety including allergen and pest control.\nFill out necessary paperwork for product audits and HACCP documents.\nReview HACCP documents prior to handing paperwork to QA Supervisor/Manager.\nWork with operational teams on paperwork, quality checks, and HACCP procedures.  \nEnsure adherence to all standard work processes, including the Production Sanitation processes.\nAid in plant training requirements and conduct plant training sessions as needed.\nWork with QA leaders to ensure plant training requirements and frequencies are met. \nRecognize and escalate risks and/or improvement opportunities to improve plant performance. \nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

Qualifications: 

\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n3+ year’s meat and/or protein experience.\nHACCP certified, preferred. \nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n\n
