The Technician Food Safety Quality 3, Quality Control Lead, Monitors and directs technician progress with relation to consistency, technique, and frequencies.  Provides relief break for various lab positions.  This position reports to the Quality Supervisor.

Authority to question and take appropriate measures regarding the safety of themselves, other employees, products, and equipment.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
