***Quality Control Laboratory Technician – Interviews Happening This Week***

We are a leading color manufacturer in the plastics industry, partnering with major companies like Romex. As we expand to a 24/5 operation, we are seeking a dedicatedQuality Control Laboratory Technicianto join our growing team and help maintain the highest standards of product quality.

What You'll Do:

Perform quality control testing on in-process products using FTIR, microscopy, and other lab techniques.Make formula adjustments based on test results to ensure products meet specifications.Document all adjustments and approvals on batch tickets and QC cards.Approve finished goods that meet quality standards.Sample and test every incoming product batch.Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent costly errors.

What You'll Bring:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.2+ years of quality control experience, preferably in color, plastics, or a similar industry.Hands-on experience with FTIR and microscopy (academic or professional).Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.Experience with color matching and laboratory analysis.Familiarity with document control processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
