Quality Control Lab Technician 2nd Shift Quality Control Lab Technician Location: Sharonville, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (occasional Saturdays based on production needs) About the Role We’re looking for a detail-orientedQuality Control Lab Technicianto join our 2nd shift team. This role is ideal for someone with adegree in Chemistryor ascience-related degree with strong chemistry courseworkwho can confidently speak to their chemistry knowledge. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards through hands-on lab testing and analysis. Key Responsibilities + Perform routine testing on production batches and finished products following SOPs and FDA/GMP guidelines. + Conduct chemical analyses using techniques such asHPLC, GC, TOC, andwet chemistry. + Record and evaluate test results, identify trends, and communicate necessary batch adjustments. + Assist with raw material inspection and environmental monitoring. + Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment, and inventory. + Support compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). + Collaborate with other shifts to ensure smooth communication and continuity. What We’re Looking For + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistryor ascience-related field with significant chemistry coursework. + Strong understanding of chemical principles and lab techniques. + Comfortable discussing chemistry concepts and applying them in a lab setting. + Experience with lab instrumentation (HPLC, GC, pH meters, etc.) is a plus. + Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently on the 2nd shift. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
