Quality Control Inspector
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting production excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive, team-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Quality Control Inspector **Location:** Bristol, IN **Pay Range:** Starting at $20/hr (exact compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience) **Shift:** **What's the Job?** + Inspect finished products according to specifications found on blueprints (via iPad) and job order request forms. + Conduct incoming material inspections as needed. + Monitor and verify that production processes follow established quality procedures. + Communicate with and support team members to ensure consistent quality. + Troubleshoot and identify quality issues on the floor. **What's Needed?** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product specifications. + Proficient in using measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers, and color/texture samples. + Experience operating electronic inspection tools and software. + Capable of accurately recording, tracking, and reporting quality data. + Consistent work history with proven reliability and attendance. **What's in it for me?** + 15 days paid time off. + Paid holidays. + 401(k) with profit sharing. + Flexible vacation time. + Opportunities for professional development and growth. **Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans. + Dental Plan. + Supplemental Life Insurance. + Short Term Disability Insurance. + 401(k).
