Job Description
Visually inspect electronic parts, circuit boards, and product assemblies to make sure they meet quality standardsUse tools like microscopes, gauges, and measuring devices to check for defectsMake sure all required steps in the process have been completed before approving the productEnter inspection results and quality data into tracking systems such as Excel or other internal manufacturing softwareIdentify and report problems or defects to the right team membersHelp handle any non-conforming or defective productsFollow detailed written instructions, safety rules, and inspection checklists
Work Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred6+ months of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is a plusAble to read and follow instructions and diagramsComfortable using a computer for basic data entry (Excel, spreadsheets, and internal quality systems)Familiar with using microscopes, gauges, or other inspection toolsBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Can sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbsGood attention to detail and focus while working with small parts
