Quality Control Excellence Program Lead (Belgium)

We are looking for a Quality Control Excellence Program Lead to join our Patient Supply Excellence Quality Control team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium and in Bulle site, Switzerland (mutli-site function).

 

About the role

You will lead the transformation and operational excellence initiatives across our Quality Control organization, helping to align transversal practices, to improve performance and contribute to the digital transformation of Quality Control organization.

 

Who you will work with

You will collaborate with an international, cross-functional team including Quality Leads, Analytical Teams, Asian manufacturing sites, and support functions (Digital, CAPEX, Manufacturing Excellence).

 

What you will do

Lead cross-functional (sub-)programs and projects within the transformational roadmap of the Patient Supply Quality Control (QC) organization, with a focus on driving efficiency and harmonizing business processes.Support the digital transformation of the QC department by deploying and integrating innovative digital capabilities within business processesLead data governance and drive continuous improvement in data management by overseeing data integration, developing insightful dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making within the QC department.Based on data insights, define and monitor Patient Supply Quality Control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve departmental performance to achieve strategic and operational objectives.

 

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience and skills

Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in an operational GMP environmentStrong knowledge of processes management, quality systems, project/program management, digital program and solutions deployment.Expertise in performance management, KPI definition, and data science.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and French.Ability to inspire, engage, and empower diverse global teams.Capacity for introspection and collaborative decision-making.Commitment to continuous improvement of culture.
