Quality Control Engineer – Stony Point, NY The Quality Control Engineer plays a key role in supporting manufacturing engineering through inspections, documentation improvements, and root cause analysis. Location: Stony Point, NY Schedule: Full-time | Onsite | 8:00 AM Start Reports to: QC Manager Key Responsibilities + Inspect purchased parts and subassemblies using standard tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, thread gages). + Accurately document inspection and testing results. + Maintain controlled document files and test records. + Assist in developing and updating inspection templates and tools. + Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate issues and recommend solutions. + Lead process improvement initiatives using SPC metrics and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
