Job Description

General Operations Responsibilities

Health & Safety:  Consistently work in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing systems.  Perform general housekeeping tasks and waste removal within department/group and assists other areas as required. 

ELS:  Continuously review current processes and search out improvement methods to improve product/process quality and reduce waste, rework, and unnecessary work that adds no value to the work or process. Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Teamwork:  Assist and support other team members in meeting department and site goals. Participate and share in performing all tasks necessary to run the facility.  Contribute and participate in team decision-making.  Provide support in project work and other special requests.

Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance in accordance with the Global SOP and regularly reporting situations and discrepancies.

Quality KPI as CCR, COPQ for all the site

Providing quality improvement plans for the Outsourcing & Suppliers partners to achieve the standard required.

Inspecting materials, processes, and products in order to satisfy customer demands in line with quality standards.

Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures related to production.

Conducting periodic checks on processes to ensure the required quality is maintained.

Preparing, updating and implementing quality management documents and procedures.

Responding to customer complaints and proposing corrective action to improve the production process.

Supporting process improvement projects to improve critical process parameters and create stable and efficient quality processes.

Promptly resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise in the production flow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control

Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred. 

ISO 9001/2015 experience or any QMS experience preferred

Computer literate

Decision-making and problem-solving skills

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong auditing and statistical skills

Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.

Strong technical aptitude
