What You'll Do:
As Quality Control Coordinator you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and supervising the tasks and functions of the quality control and microbiology team. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.
What We're Looking For:
Ensure the implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment System according to the company procedures
Ensure the implementation of the Quality System under EN-UNE-ISO 22716:2017.
Guarantee compliance with the operations of the job following GMP guidelines of ISO 22716, among other quality standards.
Organize, coordinate and execute the daily functions and tasks of the department.
Documentary control of sampling and analysis of finished products (bulk or packaged), work-in-process products, raw materials and packaging components.
Approve and release batches, generate batch certificates, and verify process execution.
Ensure the correct status all laboratory materials.
Generate, review and edit the Standard Operating Procedures and related registers.
Maintain department records.
Analyze and manage deviations, complaints, and corrective measures related to the QC& Microbiology department.
Coordinate and perform verifications and calibrations of laboratory equipment.
Coordinate the implementation of new analytical methods and techniques.
Manage new equipment purchases, repairs, and supplier inquiries. Manage and coordinate orders.
Monitor KPIs and analyze trends related to the department.
Inform the manager of any occupational risks detected.
Propose the manager suggestions for sampling, analysis, and other procedures improvements.
Coordinate with other departments to perform daily tasks.
Skills That Make a Difference:
High studies in Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar.
5 years experience in similar functions and companies, including the use of HPLC, UV-vis and other analytical techniques.
Fluid in English (oral and written).
Experience in the use of ERP.
Analytical thinking.
