The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring products meet the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Ensure process compliance with Site NDT Manual and NADCAP requirements + Support Network and 3rd party audits, conduct Site level Self Audit + Maintain NADCAP certification of Penetrant Inspection (FPI) & Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) + Develop and maintain site NDT Manual, NDT related procedures and work instructions. + Conduct training and certifications of site NDT personnel. + Perform Non-Destructive Testing (FPI and MPI) of production parts as needed + Perform Rejection Analysis and Quality Improvement Plan + Perform other functions as assigned as Site NDT Level 3 & Source Certifying Agent (SCA) + Support production quality engineering tasks as assigned + Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements for NDT personnel **MUST HAVE:** + NAS 410 certified Level 3 in FPI and MPI + Familiar with NADCAP certification requirement + Good understanding of Quality Management System (eg. AS9100, ISO 9001) + Audit experience is a plus + Self-driven with strong analytical and problem- solving skills + Team player with good interpersonal communication skills **WE VALUE:** + Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment + Some knowledge of continuous improvement, quality and lean principles + Familiarity with safety, health regulations and the ability to adhere to safety protocols while performing inspections + Initiative, analytical and motivated **About Us** The world is changing.
