What is the opportunity?
Global Know Your Customer (KYC) Client Onboarding Services is seeking a highly talented Quality Control (QC) Analyst, specializing in domestic and international AML policies and KYC, to work in the RBC Capital Markets KYC QC function. In this role your primary responsibility will include approving prioritized urgent business cases for the regional US QC Team, tracking / driving process quality improvements, identifying control gaps and providing training and enhancing regulatory/ policy knowledge across the QC and Client Onboarding team.
What will you do?
To ensure that Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence and information is collected prior to establishing any client relationship in accordance to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance regulations and RBC policies.Responsible for approving Client Onboarding requests and ensuring compliant with AML Standards and PoliciesRegular Interaction with AML Global Compliance teamsMaintain and build strong relationships with the Front Office and Global KYC Capital Markets stakeholdersCoordinating training with Client Onboarding Analysts to drive process and quality improvements in the client lifecycleEnhance current KYC procedures to mitigate any regulatory breaches and ensure regulatory updates have been captured.What do you need to succeed?
