Leidos is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to support the Navy's Aircrew Electronic Warfare Tactical Training Ranges (AEWTTR) mission in Ridgecrest, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in quality assurance to support the design, modification, and maintenance of ground radar and associated devices for Electronic Warfare (EW) training systems.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of EW threat simulation systems that help train the most capable Navy aircrews in the world.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement AEWTTR Quality Management Systems, processes, and documentationConduct internal audits and distribute findingsManage corrective and preventive actions using Leidos toolsReview deliverables for quality compliance before customer submissionOversee receiving and inspection processes for incoming materialsWitness and document QA testing, inspections, FATs, and SATsPerform in-process and final inspections, ensuring documentation and testing complianceInterpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work ordersOperate specialized tools and test equipment for inspectionsIdentify non-conforming materials and support root cause analysisVerify rework and repairs meet standardsAudit calibration status of equipment and maintain recordsSupport internal/external audits and inventory inspectionsEnsure OSHA and local safety compliance in warehouse operationsAudit material handling, packaging, labeling, and traceabilityCommunicate quality issues across teams and support continuous improvementConduct environmental and safety compliance auditsProvide input on quality milestones and support risk management planningTrack and analyze QA metrics and trendsEstablish documentation procedures and train team membersBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience (or 8 years of experience without a degree)Must have experience working with Quality Management Systems and Quality ControlActive DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain that security clearanceProficiency in reading engineering drawingsExperience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong verbal and written communication skillsU.S. citizenship requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3 Quality Management SystemsActive DoD Secret clearanceCome break things (in a good way). Pay Range:Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
