Looking for a detail-oriented lab professional to join our team and ensure a safe, efficient, and innovative laboratory environment that supports our business needs and exceeds customer expectations.
As a Quality Control Analyst, you will prioritize and perform specialized testing to support internal and external customers while maintaining accurate records and reviewing data for accuracy. The position requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and food safety systems, managing raw material and finished goods testing, and conducting investigations into product non-conformances.
What you will do:
-Laboratory Operations and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and accident-free laboratory environment, including calibration and maintenance of instruments, ensuring availability of supplies, and keeping accurate records.
-Testing and Quality Assurance: Prioritize and conduct specialized and non-routine testing for internal and external customers, review data for accuracy, and manage release timeframes for raw materials and finished goods based on quality metrics.
- Continuous Improvement and Compliance: Participate in quality assurance and food safety systems improvements, conduct GMP audits, manage customer shelf life testing, and implement corrective actions from laboratory investigations.
-Collaboration and Training: Work with operations and planning to align laboratory services with business demands, assist the Formulations Team as needed, and train Laboratory Analysts and manufacturing personnel.
-Documentation and Methodology: Stay updated on scientific developments, write and revise SOPs, evaluate new analytical equipment, and conduct product non-conformance investigations with the guidance of the Quality Engineer.
What you will bring:
Minimum of 3-year experience working in a laboratory in an FDA-regulated industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Science or related field.

$58,160.00-$77,546.67 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
