Adecco is assisting a global leader in consumer technology and innovation in recruiting for a Labelling Specialist / Quality Compliance Specialist III in Cupertino, CA.
This is a contract assignment through January 2026 with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week).
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Labelling/Quality Compliance Specialist** to support global medical device labelling operations within a high-performance technology environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in medical device labelling and a solid understanding of domestic and international regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR 801 and EU MDR. This role requires exceptional technical writing skills, regulatory awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects across teams in a fast-paced setting.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Lead creation and maintenance of Instructions for Use (IFU) in compliance with global medical device regulations
+ Review and manage marketing claims and post-market materials for accuracy and regulatory alignment
+ Implement systems for physical labelling controls
+ Maintain labelling in accordance with evolving global standards and regulatory requirements
+ Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to incorporate country-specific labelling and translations
+ Participate in design and change control processes to reflect product updates or new regulatory guidance
+ Ensure all labelling is audit-ready and aligned with internal quality systems
**Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
+ 2–5 years of hands-on medical device labelling experience
+ Strong knowledge of 21 CFR 801, EU MDR, and UDI requirements
+ Experience with quality systems including design change control and document management
+ Excellent technical writing and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
+ Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
**Schedule:**
+ Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Hybrid schedule: Onsite in Cupertino, CA — Tuesday through Thursday
**Pay Details:** $60.00 to $67.00 per hour
