Job Description
As a Quality & Compliance Manager you will be collaborate with EMEA regions on quality assurance, identifying areas for improvement, support in solving operational problems. The QC Manager co-operate with multiple partners in the region including internally within the organization and with the customer. We form a close-knit team of specialists in their fields, and we welcome people who enjoy working with people.
You will need an open mind, a solution-oriented approach to problems, and high communication skills to perform well in this role. By joining us you will be a member of the Lifecycle Services Business group. On this role you will report to LCS Quality & Compliance / EHS Manager. Your work type schedule will be hybrid in Gdansk. Work from home 2 days per week.
Your Responsibilities:Collaborate with EMEA Regional Managers, communicate the region's performance and participate in regional projects,Collaborate with Project Managers in reviewing and evaluating project implementation during operational audits - during performance evaluation and improvement activities,Conduct and participate in EMEA internal audits, 3rd party audits, certification audits, carrying out post-audit tasks,Oversee improvement activities - CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions),Analyze regional performance in quality assurance and report preparation,Proactive participation in contract preparations,Verify the documentation of the quality management system,Manage information and implementation training in the region, implement new processes or changes, Promote quality culture that is consistent with company policies and strategy.The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering or Quality related,3+ years’ experience in quality management role or equivalent experience,Very good, traceable knowledge in one or more areas of: quality management, compliance, auditing, quality tools and project management (like e.g., ISO 9001),Professional English and Polish level (reading & writing),Previous work experience with Share Point and Excel.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Work in a multinational diverse environment,Proficient in understanding quality standards,Nice to have Lean Six-Sigma knowledge,What We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
