Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop, implement, and direct quality programs that meet or exceed client expectationsProvide strategic direction for the design and sustainability of quality and compliance programsBuild successful relationships with team members, account personnel, and client stakeholdersActively collaborate with the JLL’s Life Sciences Quality Council to share best practicesCompliance & Quality Management
Ensure JLL's Life Sciences Quality Management System meets ISO 9001:2015 requirementsManage quality programs including non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, training compliance, vendor qualifications, and external auditsOversee GxP third-party vendors' compliance program (qualification, agreements, audits)Maintain infrastructure and compliance documentation to meet regulatory requirementsInterface with client's quality personnel to ensure proper documentation per ALCOA+ guidelinesTeam & Performance Management
Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to maintain the highest quality culture environmentDevelop and analyze trend reports related to facility compliance operationsPrepare periodic account status reports on Quality ProgramsContinuously improve quality processes, systems, and overall client satisfactionQualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in science (or equivalent experience) with 15+ years in quality engineering, facilities design, or production/facility operationsThorough understanding of international cGxP regulations relating to facilities and utilities supporting pharmaceutical manufacturingExperience with quality engineering techniques (Investigations, RCAs, CAPAs, Audit programs)Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standardProficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent oral and written communication skills for all levels of managementDemonstrated leadership ability to foster a compliant, ethical quality culturePreferred
Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certificationExperience with Quality Management Software (TrackWise, MasterControl, Success Factors)Previous leadership experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environmentsWhat We Offer

Estimated total compensation for this position:
210,000.00 – 220,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
