Quality Builders is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. You are responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily field operations on our residential projects ranging from $50k to $2M in value. Many of our projects are complex (additions and basement digdowns) and NOT typical kitchen and bath renovations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure that construction activities are performed safely, efficiently, held to the highest level of quality and in accordance with buildings & project plans.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee & direct daily operations on multiple project sites. REQUIRE A CLEAN JOB SITE! Supervise and manage construction crews/subcontractors, monitoring progress, and providing direction to ensure the efficient execution of work. Research, interview, and onboard new subcontractors Work closely with other team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Provide input on scheduling, planning, and resource allocation. Develop schedules and hold subcontractors accountable for timelines Proactively identify potential delays, quality risks and change orders Assist in the ordering, receiving, and management of materials and supplies onsite - ensure that nothing is wasted and reuse & recycle materials if possible. Submit daily reports using project management software reporting daily site activities, including labor hours, materials used, and any incidents or delays that occur. Implement and create new ideas and processes at the project sites Promote a strong safety culture on site by enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety meetings, and reporting safety violations.
