The Quality Auditor will support in design, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of Quality Management System
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Upon successful auditor certification, perform internal audits, project audits and ensure that quality management system nonconformances / observations are properly investigated, corrections and/or corrective actions are performed by business processes and audit findings are closed. Support in preparation of business processes for quality management system certification / surveillance audits, facilitate external audit, coordinate external audit finding closure. Support in developing/updating quality management system local work instructions of business processes. Support in implementation, documentation and execution of the Quality Management System including QA/QC system across company and suppliers/fabricators. Provide quality relevant input regarding QA/QC concerns highlighted by client & ensure that product nonconformances / issues are properly investigated, and corrective actions are proposed and/or implemented until satisfactory closure Provide quality management system related input to pursuits/proposal business process during tendering stage Provide support in performing prequalification assessments of suppliers/fabricators and in updating approved vendor list. Upon successful lead auditor certification, perform suppliers/fabricators QMS audits and ensure satisfactory closure of audit findings. Monitor suppliers/fabricators quality performance and provide input for quality developments to suppliers/fabricators. Provide appropriate support in process of Monitoring, Compiling, Analyzing and reporting quality objectives like Cost of Quality, project execution satisfaction survey, post-delivery quality, etc. Handle assigned specific tasks in effectively percolating global quality Initiatives in respective execution centers & contribute to continuous improvements. Supervise basic activities in quality management system compliance among business processes in the organization

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum Qualification – Diploma or Bachelor’s in mechanical, production engineering or related discipline. Other graduate with relevant core quality assurance experience can be considered. 4 to 7 years of experience in quality. Experience in Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Major Fabrication, EPC/3rd party certification agency ISO 9001 Internal Auditor. Lead Auditor certification preferred. Demonstrate personal commitment to safety and quality culture Conversant with MS office, word and PowerPoint & data analysis etc. Conversant with National and International Codes / Standards related to material, NDE, Welding, Coating etc. Internal Auditor certification in ISO14001/ISO45001 is an additional advantageOur Culture & Commitment to You
