Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Launch Readiness Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Launch Readiness Testing Engineer(s) with ensuring that all products and services are thoroughly tested and ready for launch. This role involves creation and executing of Production test accounts within the Comcast Business Orion and Legacy systems. Key Responsibilities:
Production Demo/ Test Account Creation: Creation and support of Production Demo test accounts for the various Comcast Business Product Portfolios. To include identifying and working with the LRT Senior team on collaboration of what equipment is needed for all test accounts.Collaborate and understand product requirements and specifications as it pertains to Comcast Business products, features and services.Tracking and providing detailed reports to LRT leads as it pertains to defects, and issues.Communications:Regular meetings with LRT internal leads and stakeholders’ teams to update on production demo account creation progress and challenges.Participate in launch readiness internal and external test plan reviews.Provide clear documentation utilizing internal Comcast Business reporting systems.LRT Production Testing Support:Assist with executing test plans for the purpose of validating end-to-end processes including strategic systems, product provisioning and customer experience.Review user stories/test cases and ensure alignment with business requirements.Participate in cross-functional meetings and lend expertise during product, process and user story creation.Stay up to date with industry’s best practices and emerging trends in testing and quality assurance.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role.Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with Comcast Business systems and products preferredPrior system testing experience a plusRequirements, Process and Design documentation a plus
Experience working with technical delivery teams and in development type environment is a plus
Experience with collaborating with large cross functional teamsExecutive level written and verbal skills a must
Experience with resource training in corporate environment on more technical functions or systems is a plus
