Quality Assurance Technician
**Quality Assurance Technician** The Quality function team ensures that all processes, products, and services meet company standards and regulatory requirements, including AS9100, ISO, and NADCAP. Quality personnel are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. They collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with all relevant standards. **Schedule** : Monday - Friday **Hours** : 7am - 3:30pm **Pay** : $22 to start - lots of room for growth in pay rate and job within company **Temp to perm hire opportunity** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with AS9100, ISO, and NADCAP standards. • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. • Analyze quality data, generate reports, and drive corrective and preventive actions. • Oversee document control processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date quality records. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate root cause analysis. • Ensure proper training and education on quality standards and best practices. • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns. • Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance. • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Perform inspections and tests in accordance with technical specification. • Perform, track, and/or assess equipment calibrations. • Willingness to learn from production based experiences **Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** • Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software. • Ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical documents. • Proficient in technical writing, specification development, and/or interpretation. • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis. **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
