What You'll Do as a Quality Assurance Technician:

Verifications of lab equipment and scales HACCP team member Testing Finished Product for Quality Verification of quality products Production file management Release of Production Folders for shipment Assist with program development Assist with internal and external audits Observe and inspect manufacturing as required Assist the Research Development Team Housekeeping in the lab as necessary Follow all OSHA and plant safety rulesOther duties as required by leadership

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

Certifications: HACCP, PCQI, SQF Practitioner.Education: High School GraduateExperience: Proven track record in quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance.Skills: Strong communication.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/inventory systems.Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus!
