Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
The Role:
Ensures that products are achieving GM global quality standards through alignment with BIQ - built in quality – statements, GCA - Global Customer Audit- Criteria and solid MQRR - manufacturing quality readiness review- process.
What You'll Do:
-Implements the Business Plan Deployment Process for his/her team -(SPQRCE). Manage duties according to safety perspectives.
-Responsible for implementing the Incident Reporting and Resolution Process and conduct safety observation tours as needed.
-Support with rest of quality team to Lead 5F and Fast response meeting to discuss daily defects and the countermeasures to sustain improvements.
-Coach and teach their team in GM-GMS and problem-solving methods.
-Complete Continuous improvement and Suggestion.
-Plan Requirements as per Business Plan.
-Champion the VOC Wall process
-Single point customer contact for Assembly Plant.
-Completes Quality Alert Bulletins for GCA factor 50's 24hr CDP and HQ Quality -Alert Bulletins QABs.
-Lead for Quality Management System Audit Team, ensuring
Adherence to Plant Internal and External audit schedule, and giving unbiased feedback through Management review boards etc..
-Coordinates new quality procedures, processes and common processes.
-Manage the daily Global Customer Audit process, including daily reporting, meetings and escalation process
-Monitor plant processes to assure export regulations are being met -
Lead development of monitoring process for export regulations / requirements. -Coordinate implementation of the Export Third Party Certification Process.
- Lead development and implementation of process and system audits to assure quality system is effective.
