Location: Shepherdsville, KY | Pay Rate: $33.95 - $55.00/hour | Schedule: 2pm - 10:30pm - Mon-Fri  

 

About the Role: 

The Contingent Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is vital in safeguarding the quality and compliance of our operations. You’ll drive rigorous standards, lead a team of QA specialists, and ensure every shipment meets healthcare regulatory demands — impacting the health and safety of communities nationwide. 

 
 

What You’ll Do Every Day: 

Communicate and enforce quality policies and objectives across the operation 

Develop, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client/facility work instructions 

Train QA staff and internal clients on SOPs, regulations, and quality standards 

Maintain and oversee quality documentation systems to ensure compliance 

Lead internal, client, and agency audits, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on findings 

Supervise and mentor QA specialists, fostering their professional growth 

Assess and mitigate risks related to the transportation of healthcare and food products 

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to uphold the highest quality standards 

 
 

Who You Are: 

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree (Science preferred) 

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish 

Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in healthcare or distribution 

Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks 

Willingness to travel via air, public transit, or rental car (reimbursed per UPS guidelines) 

Preferred: 

Experience supervising QA teams 

Hands-on knowledge of audit processes and quality management systems 

Ability to work in cold environments (freezer exposure) with provided protective gear 

Flexibility for occasional overtime

Pay Details: $33.95 to $55.00 per hour
