Quality Assurance Specialist (all genders)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for coordinating all activities of the production and quality control functions related to complaints, as well as reviewing complaint samples and creating a summary report in English for each complaint, and monitoring the corrective and preventive actions agreed upon due to complaintsYou will act as a point of contact for questions regarding complaints for the divisional QA as well as the corresponding complaint handlers in the national organizations and other production sitesYou will conduct evaluations to identify trends or patterns in complaints and take timely corrective actionsYou will represent the other Local Complaint Managers (e.g., cases of suspected counterfeiting, complaints related to adverse event reports)You will be responsible for performing other quality assurance tasks as assigned and based on training statusYou will oversee the training of pharmacists according to the German Licensing Regulations (AAppO) §§ 3, 4 during their internship and practical training in the third examination section (so-called pharmacy interns)
WHO YOU ARE
You have a completed degree in Pharmacy (Master) including a license to practice as a pharmacist (all genders)You have several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in complaint handlingYou bring very good knowledge of the regulations for good manufacturing practice and pharmaceutical lawYour ability to work independently, your interpersonal skills, and your teamwork capabilities distinguish youYou are flexible, able to handle conflicts, assertive, and resilientYour organizational and planning skills, along with your efficient working style, are part of your professional personalityYou possess good IT skills (especially in Microsoft Office, iQMS, SAP QM)Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
