Requirements:
High School Diploma required; BS in Food Science or related major preferred Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures and Test Methods Knowledge of GMP and Quality systemsPreferred Skills:
Knowledge of spoken SpanishResponsibilities:
Conduct thorough quality audits to ensure products meet established standards Verify equipment including metal detectors, x-ray machines, scales, etc. Audit operator paperwork for compliance with quality standards Report deviations to QA Supervisor with detailed documentation Document non-compliance areas and ensure corrective actions are implemented Ensure ongoing compliance with FDA and cGMP standards through continuous trainingPay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
