American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at our office in Warrenville, IL. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure that products or services meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will conduct quality assurance on Dealer setup in the AGWS system and product implementation. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Collaborate internally across teams to understand requirements
-Develop test plans and quality benchmarks
-Design and execute test cases
-Identify bugs, defects, or inconsistencies
-Recommend improvements to development or production processes
-Maintain detailed records of test cases, results, and defects
-Provide feedback and guidance on quality issues
-Conduct audits and support regulatory inspections
