The role

As a QA Specialist at Novo Nordisk Algeria, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards across warehouse operations, ensuring products meet both local and corporate quality requirements. You will play a key role in implementing and monitoring the Quality Management System, supporting audits, and safeguarding product integrity through effective cold chain management. Top Responsibilities:

 

Ensure all products and processes comply with Novo Nordisk and local quality standards. Maintain and enforce adherence to the Novo Nordisk Quality Management System. Participate in Quality Management Reviews and lead the follow-up actions on audit findings from internal and external audits. Oversee cold chain management to guarantee the integrity of temperature-sensitive products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality practices and standards.

 

 

Qualifications

We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge:

Scientific degree (Master’s level) in biology, process engineering, chemistry, or quality management. Specialization in quality assurance is highly valued. From 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international pharmaceutical company. Knowledge of cold chain management and handling of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products. Willingness to travel within Algeria (approx. one trip/month, with occasional overnight stays); valid driver’s license required. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential to operate in a cross-functional and international environment.

Novo Nordisk Algeria is an affiliate belonging to Global Novo Nordisk Organization.

The Quality Assurance department drives the quality mission to maintain the highest quality level either in the affiliate or the warehouses located in different regions of the country.
