Daily Responsibilities:•\tGo into the box to look through the complaints coming in, monitor and escalate where needed•\tNavigating emails •\tGoing into the workspace to see the issues submitted by the baristas on the product issues •\tOrganizing tickets •\tGo into the systems to pull the list of suppliers to pinpoint who needs help•\tManaging suppliers’ backend and documentation•\tSubject matter experts’ collaboration (SME) •\tFollow up on task completion•\tDocument maintenance•\tCustomer feedback maintenance, checking for trends and patterns in the customer complaints•\tStore/Partner feedback on components•\tAbility to pivot as needed within the businessInteraction level with team:•\tHighly collaborative with cross functional teams•\tWorking within a highly matrixed environmentTechnology requirements?:•\tMicrosoft suite •\tExcel proficiency or organization skills•\tStrong task management skillsDegree or certifications required?:•\tbachelor’s degree in science (food science, biology) is requiredYears experience?:•\t2+ - Bachelors •\t3+ - Associates Required background? Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
