Quality Assurance Specialist
**What does a successful Quality Analyst do at Fiserv?**
As a Quality Analyst, you will analyze inspection data, conduct trends analysis, and identify root causes of trends. You will work on both simple tasks/minor projects as well as major projects. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will audit chargeback and dispute cases to ensure we are following the Value of achieving excellence to take care of our clients. You will contribute to efforts both small and large, ensuring that we take care of our clients as well as their cardholders, directly aligning with our Values of earning client trust every day and creating with purpose.
**What you will do:**
+ Make recommendations to implement changes in our continuous efforts to improve processes.
+ Conduct inspections, prepare required documentation, and interpret basic analytical data.
+ Conduct monthly audits and real-time checks on assigned analysts.
+ Lead touchpoint meetings with management and occasional interactions with clients to review Quality processes, scores, and coaching opportunities.
+ Provide individual coaching with new or struggling analysts and write/update policies for the Quality team as needed.
+ Depending on the platform, perform charge offs, letter checks, or new item checks while maintaining a culture of best practice development and coaching in the department.
**What you will need to have:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1+ years of financial industry experience.
+ Knowledge of Regulation E and Regulation Z.
+ Knowledge of chargeback/dispute process.
+ Knowledge of Visa and/or Mastercard operating regulations.
**What would be great to have:**
+ High Quality scores from being a chargeback analyst.
+ Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
+ Intermediate computer skills (40 WPM minimum).
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
+ Strong, effective communication skills (written and verbal).
+ Ability to work individually and in a collaborative team environment.
+ Ability to prioritize workload.
