You will also showcase your expertise bydeploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.The work model for the role is #Linkedin- Onsite.This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Bengaluru, India.You will be mainly accountable for:• Responsible to monitor In process inspection & Final inspection of Low voltage products like ACB, MCCB,Contactors & Relays.• Create Quality plan/Control plan, Patrol inspection/Final inspection checklist, Deriving CTQs and Qgates..• Monitoring of process controls and First Pass yield monitoring and improvement.• Identify continual improvement projects and Opex projects.• Responsible to coordinate to customer audit FAT/Certification Audits like UL/CSA/CCC & ISO.
Qualifications for the roleDiploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering. (Full time). Minimum 8 Years of experience in similar role. Proficient quality tools like FMEA, 7 QC tools, 5S, 5Why, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, SPC, DMAIC & 8D Root cause analysis and Good Analytical skills. Experience in Low Voltage switchgears, MCCB,ACB, Contactors and Thermal overload relays.
