Quality Assurance Senior Associate

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Perform batch record review and final batch disposition for clinical and commercial materials to ensure high quality products are released in a timely manner

Effectively review/approve GMP documents to ensure quality attributes are met.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve productivity within the Product Quality team and/or the site.

Complete queries for batch data to support regulatory requests.

Contribute to APRs for batch release data.

Ensure regulatory compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP) and provide Quality Review and oversight of site documentation to meet global regulatory and Pfizer quality standards.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 0+ years of relevant experience  

Solid understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices and relevant GxP regulations

Experience in quality administered systems

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively within own team and interdepartmental teams

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,300.00 to $133,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
